Globalization and Marriage Hundreds of millions poor men and rich women will not find a spouse in the future

It is well documented in sociological research women all over the world prefer men with higher income when they choose a husband.

Earlier this was prevented by strict class borders which denied marriages between poor women and rich men.

But now there are no longer class borders to inhibit marriages and poor men and well educated women do not find a spouse and have to live alone. Women of low income marry men with average income and high income, and women of average income try to marry men with high income. Women with high income do not accept a poor man to be her husband.

Until this day the international borders has had the same inhibiting effect to marriages as class borders in the past.

But in the globalizing world the national borders are no longer any obstacle for international marriages. Women in rich countries - and men in poor countries - will have big difficulities when they want to get married.

The feminist politicians in the rich countries try to protect rich white women who must live alone without a husband all their lives by trying to prohibit international relations – but this is a racist act and clearly condemned by United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Article 16. (1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
